Might work for some. But hey, it's Nutri-System that's responsible for putting out those ads that tell you size 10 is "fat", when that's actually quite skinny in my book (especially on a woman that's tall). It puts out an awful message.
I still say a good balanced diet (everything in moderation) and an active lifestyle does the trick nicely. Old-fashioned to some, but never really goes out.
