Eliminate "Most Helpful Reviewers" List

Quite a few people have citized this feature of RIA for isolating too many people and just being useless in general? Should it be eliminated?

I'm surprised there aren't some folks on here suggesting not that the list be eliminated, but that a selection of the people on it be eliminated.
