Repeatedly requested that they send my bill through the mail. They have said that they will. They don't. Listen Time Warner Cable, I am the customer, so I have the right to decided how I receive my bills. They keep saying my account is set-up to receive bills by e-mail, when I know full well I am not receiving any e-mails, and I know they can send the bill through snail mail because they send me junk that way.
