A big power hitter of the 60's until about 1970, capable of hitting
over 40 home runs and Howard was a massive guy- 6'8 and well over 200
pounds, probably 250 or something, who was easily the best player in
the 10 year history of the second version, who eventually moved to
Texas and became The Rangers. Hit mammoth homers. Began with the
Dodgers, and finished up with the Tigers, but his prime was here.
