I wouldnt rate this bank anything. I called them and told them not to cash a check, stop payment on it, they told me to call them the next day to make sure they did. They did not stop it they paid it in full, and then charged me 234 dollars for fees for not stopping it, because I didnt have enough money in the bank to cover the payment that was supposed to be stopped and my other ones coming in. They sent 2 checks back to the stores which I have to pay the stores for the checks and 70 more dollars for their fees. When we call citizens bank we are told we must have our account handled by our bank manager. She agreed to give back the fees and then didnt. We have tried unsuccessfully to reach our bank manager now. We are always told shes not there.We should be 359 to good and with there fees we are now 544 in the red. Nobody at 3 different citizens bank we called supposedly for help would help us. They didnt return our fees and keep sending back our checks, what kind of bank does that? We went to the bank in person and was told we would have to speak to the manager but shes never there. I wish there was a complaint department that works right away. Banks like this shouldnt be allowed to STEAL from the public. And the banking practices are stealing from us. And all we can do is deal with it cause theres nobody from that bank that helps....I am waiting till I can afford to switch banks. I would never recommend this bank to any one.
