Clothes are really getting cheap and customer service sucks. I ordered something and they said on web site that DHL was delivering, while phone system said USPS was delivering and it never arrived. I was told that I would have to dispute it through my credit card. Why not just ship me another one and eat the cost and go to DHL and work it out with them? No, they penalize their customer instead. Well, I am no longer a custoemr.
