Worst bank ever? Don't give them so much credit!!!!! Twice in the last two months I have had unauthorized charges on my checking acct. and both times it was the worst hassle of my life. They make you fill out this claim form that takes 10 business days to go though and then, just then you might get your money. Oh yeah, that is after you appeal their first denial. My last was an unauthorized charge that they were actually quick to get me my money back, after I had to get them to give me the overdraft charge back. But wait, then two days later they tried to send that same charge through!!!
What the hell is up with these guys?? I am now in the process of switching to a smaller, friendlier bank.
