I agree. Unfortunately, a goodly number of young people don't listen, and some end up learning the hard way.

I hate to admit it, but I think we're all showing our age here. To a generation that has always been on the web they consider the internet a place of social interaction. Doing something like this is equivalent to us, as teens, doing something embarrassing at a party when the whole school was present. It's something that you might regret in the morning, not committing an error of judgement that could potentially reverberate for a long time and around the world. And to their mind, everyone else is doing it.

You may be right ~ to an extent. But, my daughter (who is now 20), didn't do things like that at 13 years old. It's not so much the guys, but seriously, isn't there enough going on the news regarding this that these girls are that ignorant ~ or maybe it is the, "it won't happen to me" excuse. And also FWY, things were a lot different at OUR age, then for todays' youth. You got reprimanded in school, you were afraid of your neighbors moms (cuz they were just like yours) and the police, and when you heard "Wait until your dad gets home", you knew what that meant. We have, unfortunately, let the kids have free reign.
