They are horrible! They closed my HELOC because I was 10 days late on a payment... my first late payment, and only by 10 days. So, rather than give them interest payments, I refinanced, paid off the balance and THEY charged ME a $350 early termination fee! How is that possible? They closed my account. All I did was pay it off and they they whammy me with that fee.
And, I agree, their customer service is horrendous. I've emailed, been on the phone... no one seems to be able to tell you anything useful.
If there was an option for a negative star, that's what they'd get.
