I'm just not into these types of magazines. They seem to send the subtle message to women and girls that if they don't have the "ideal" looks, are not reed-thin, don't wear the "hottest" styles in clothes or jewelry, or are not heavily into cosmetics, then they're nobodies. This magazine is to grown women what "Seventeen" and the like are to teen and preteen girls. Pages of airbrushed photos of models exploited to sell a product. No offense to those who like this kind of magazine, but that just isn't my thing.
