Satan gives no one nothing. He is the ruler of this world, but he doesn't own it. God owns everything, the wealth included. The Bible teaches that "the love of money is the root of all kinds of evil". Not the money, but the love of it. Satan will induce you to do all kinds of evil things in order to acquire wealth, but the wealth is not in his hands to give it to anyone.
