the judicial branch is the branch that interprets the constitution

lmorovan

The Constitution needs no interpretation. Our forefathers were wise enough to establish it in a manner that it would work perfectly well. The Judiciary is the branch that interprets the laws made by the Legislative, and approved or rejected by the Administrative. All three branches must observe the letter of the Constitution.
