Never is there anything in the Constitution that protects the right to a murder. On the contrary, the Constitution protects the right to life, liberty and pursue of happiness to all Americans. Life begins at conception and is constitutionally protected. Unfortunately, the judges of the Supreme Court have taken upon themselves to decide when a life is life and when is not.
