05/12/2008 | Our big bang theory is equivalent to God in religion. The difference is that scientists are aware that it's only a theory and is subject to updates if we come across anything in the future to make more sense. However, the religion can't let go the idea of God or else it's no longer a religion. |

05/11/2008 | Some people seem to revere the laws and theories of science like they are akin to God. Could be plausible to call it a religion of sorts. |

05/11/2008 | You're reading a lot into my review -- I was just pointing out that science was a process of study of the natural world, and not a religion. No one is trying to disprove God... you brought that up. |

05/11/2008 | BTW, I was not the one who gave you a funny vote. I did not vote because there is no disagree button. |

05/11/2008 | Auto, you seem bitter in your reply comment. Maybe you're not. Science can prove matters of faith but it will not ever disprove the Bible. Why is there such a desire to disprove God when it would be much easier to prove His existence. |

05/11/2008 | Sure, they try to "prove" their beliefs but without the part about reproducible observation and experimentation. There's nothing wrong with religious study, but it is generally not science. |

05/11/2008 | Not so my friend, at least not completely correct. Religious scholars study both history and try to scientifically prove their beliefs. The difference is, as people of faith we know what started everything from nothing. Scientists are at a loss because many chose not to believe in a living God. |
