A pretty bad fielder of the 20's and 30's, but a good hitter, though somewhat overrated at the time, who also played for the Tigers, Browns, Red Sox , Dodgers, and Pirates from 1923-1939. Regularly among the league leaders in categories like batting average and doubles, won a batting title in 1926. Manush is a Hall of Famer, and though not a terrible choice for enshrinement in Cooperstown, he would rank somewhere in the bottom third of Hall of Famers.
