I've been nothing but frustrated with this service. It's very expensive, and has a couple of major issues. The most heinous issue is their fair access policy: http://tinyurl.com/2hqbb5 . 200 MB per 24 hours is pretty unusable for modern internet usage. I'm constantly accidentally hitting it when doing updates, etc. The other thing I find pretty inexcusable is that they constantly send me links to broken web pages. They're an ISP! As one example, I tried to fill out a customer survey (which they ask me to take nearly every month), and the page wouldn't let me submit my answers. Add to that the fact that they try to charge extra for services they should be providing anyway (such as repairs within a couple of days), and the inherent issues with satellite (1000ms+ latency, speeds around slow DSL, etc.), and this service is just not worth the price. If we had any options other than this for high-speed where we lived, I'd take the $700 (!) early-termination hit and switch to it immediately.
