I would not reccommend Priceline.com Negotiater to any traveler that is looking for a reasonable air schedule. We had been watching flight for over a week to book our vacation, and the day we went to book the flight went up, so we decieded to try the Priceline.com negotiater. I read the description on Priceline.com about the flight schedule being from 6am - 10pm and that they try their very best to schedule non-stop flights. We negotiated a flight $40 less then what they were asking for that day so we didn't try and screw them over. And we received the following schedule:

Leaving Chicago on Sunday: 4:24pm

Stop in Atlanta: Depart @ 9:25 pm

Arrive in Miami on sunday eveneing 11:36 pm

and our return home flight was even worse!!!!

Depart Miami: 6am

Stop in Atlanta: Depart 7:56pm

Arrive in Chicago : 10:10a

I was very disappointed and tried calling the customer service and was on hold for 20 minutes. They do not and will not let you CANCEL, CHANGE or REARRANGE your schedule. Unfortunately I was stuck with this nasty schedule with a layover and now two other couples who are going with will also need to leave @ 6am!

Like I said, they have the cheapest rates if you are booking straight out, but I would not reccommend using the negotiater to anyone that wants a reasonable AIR schedule. I have not used it for any other services, as we are renting a house when we go not a hotel.
