Admiral Linen Service Incorporated 1

I have been a client of Admiral Linen in Austin for several years until it finally got to be too much work...wrong number of sheets, soiled linens that were supposed to be replaced and taken off the bill, random changes in invoices where supplies dropped off the account all together with no explanation and no record. And when there is a problem , don't expect to hear back from them after you call them for at least a week. And even then they forget what they told you the last time you spoke with them which is why I have taken to saving the voicemails so at least it's recorded. Bottom line: if you are a major corporation or hospital that doesn't care how much you pay for linens, choose Admiral Linen but if you actually care about paying for exactly what you want and exactly what you use, forget about it. This company isn't about consistency and accuracy.
