Jindal is very young, only 36 years old, but he has already built up an impressive public policy resume. He started out his service in the Bush administration, then in 2003 he went to Congress, and since 2007 has been the governor of Louisiana, where he is mounting a record as a reformer in a state with a long history of corruption. He is definitely one of the party's few rising stars and he would not be a bad pick for McCain.
