We have had this service for 2 weeks and will terminate our contract on Monday. This is a complete rip off. Thank goodness we have 30 days to cancel. We have spent a bundle of $ to get this hooked up but we will not throw good money after bad. I don't know how they can legally say their speed is comparable to DSL. If this is not false advertising I don't know what is. This would be a great class action lawsuit. Any lawyers out there?
