I work for the Macy's Credit in Arizona. I've been there for nearly two years and the only thing keeping me there is the fact that I've been collecting TONS of evidence to use against them. I have every intention of reporting them and hopefully, with help from other associate, a class action suit within the year.

The "canteen" is a JOKE! It's absolutely filthy! I read some of the other post here and at least you guys have infestations that you can recognize. Everyday I see a new type of beetle that I had no idea existed. They recently made us change our dress code from casual to business casual, which wouldn't be so bad if the environment called for it. The whole building is a standing petri dish of bacteria and the temperature gets up to 115 degrees here! More than HALF the staff there take the bus to work. There was no clothing allowance given and no one wanted to buy a whole new wardrobe that was just going to get ruined from sweat and dust while you're sitting on the side of the street for 30 min waiting for a bus! They gave an excuse that they wanted us to match the store associates, but WE DON'T WORK IN THE STORE! We don't greet customers and we DON'T meet anyone that matters. Oh, my bad...that ALIEN Terry Lundgren CEO came to our building a while ago and GLIDED through the f*cking aisles like he was on skates. He was so wierd and expressionless and didn't say a word to ANYONE! ALL the dumb*ss managers were scraping and bowing looking for a pat on the head. I could have thrown up just then.

I used to work in the Macy's store as well so I know that no matter where you are it's gonna suck people. Shoppers, please excuse the associates. Whatever you don't know, don't count on too many store or credit associates knowing either. Management clings to information like it's the Busch Baked Beans family secret. We all, in the stores and in credit, try our hardest with what little we're given. The management never gives us information about how to do something. Or what happens frequently w/ my manager is she will tell one of us one thing and assume the whole team now knows or she will tell one team one thing and tell us something TOTALLY different! I hate her and MANY of the other managers there! They are completely useless and I don't think Terry Lundgren cares in the least. He knows Macy's is going down, so he's just trying to get whatever money he can before jumping ship and leaving his people to drown.

I HATE MACYS! I HATE Terry! And to ALL his lackys and anyone who stands on his side or defends him can kiss my hard-working ass! And be prepared for what coming jackasses! -_-

That's all I have to say about that...
