Clarify please....

He doesn't believe the reviewer CanadaSucks; or

He doesn't believe, the country Canada sucks.

If its the former, that up to him. If the latter, he should visit and see for himself. I propose a tour of the cosmopolitan centres of Bathurst, Sudbury, Timmins, Churchill, Uranium City and Prince George.

That ought to change his mind in a hurry.
