Talented, but a tad over-rated. Played a picture-perfect Idi Amin (simulataneously child-like and terrifying) but has flopped like a beached whale in earlier roles. Seems to be getting better as he gets older, which is unusual for an actor-usually they just get pretentious with wealth and fame and end up playing themselves instead of the part (e.g. Jack Nicolson, Al Pacino).
