I read all of these horror stories about Mirena and was very worried about getting it. I went ahead and got it put in a month ago, and I must say it has been the best birth control option I have tried so far. I have had no spot bleeding or any side effects at all to date. Intercourse is completely normal and I have had no mood swings, etc. I Love it
