Payless Car Rental 1

Payless treated my wife and I with utter disdain in Montreal. They drove us to an off-site local, then refused to abide by the agreement, sticking us in a large car costing three times more than promised. They said I was late, but couldn't be helped because the airline put us through a delayed schedule. Payless is the WORST car rental operation with whom I done business. I will NEVER rent one of their vehicles, no matter what the purported savings.
