This list is pretty ignorant, in my opinion. Last time I checked, you didn't have to be christian to believe in god. On top of that, you are grammatically incorrect in the list name - it should be "RIA Reviewers who believe in God." And that is all I'm saying about that.

I agree, curlee. It must be hurtful...at best a real test, for some of the more devout, here, to find that their faith and belief in God is judged by their peers to be 37% less viable, important, or meaningful than that of others. I think that the reason that the list wass only created for Christians is because I don't think that Buddhists, Jews, Animists, Druids, or Muslims would even consider participating in a public display of judging others' faiths like this. I was never comfortable with this list...It's not like, for instance, two Hasidic Jews don't ever argue over religion or Talmudic tenets, but there is a time and place for it and the last place a third party would ever want to materialize, is between two Talmudic scholars arguing points...I can understand the pats on the back for supporting a common faith. But the judging?

I agree with both of you. My Mother is one of the most religious people I know, very involved at the church and volunteering her time and money regularly. With that said, there were no prayers at the dinner table or bedtime, no pictures of Jesus and crosses hung in our home, no bible verse memorization, etc. In our home Christianity was based on how you lived your life and set examples. Also how you treat others.
