Just curiously, I keep getting e-mails about the 400 and some cases against ortho evra that are being brought to court due to patients having health problems, such as blood clots. Do they have a chance to win because I was notified by my doctor and even on the commercials that state it may cause blood clots. I am just confused by that. Are they liable even though they have it noted on the instructions (side effects) and the doctors are suppose to inform us? Is the doctor's fault too?
