I have tried several different foods on the market and I have found that I LOVE Orijen. I have tried Evo and Natures Variety and it seems that both of these foods have ingredients that make both of my animals sick. I have a Golden retriever and a German shepherd at home and their health is my up most concern. My golden was diagnosed with a mast cell tumor a few months back which was luckily operable. After the surgery I began to research her tumor and everything I read says that this specific tumor is triggered by grains and artificial preservativesso that meant it was a time for a switch! I have switched her to Orijen and I am already seeing an improvement in her coat, energy level and weight. Both of my animals run to the food bowl at dinner time. It seems they are very happy with this food. I am very happy with this food and I would recommend it to anyone. I am unaware of this bone issue but so far my bags have been perfectly fine.
