This is not at all true. Hollywood Video charges for the cost of the rental every 5 days. Thus, there are no late fees at Hollywood; they are additional rental charges. It's basically the same as rechecking the rental. Yes, if it's only one day late, that may seem like a lot, but you should have been responsible and returned your rental on time. You get 5 days. Even for new releases. It's really not that hard.
