Turbo Tax by Intuit 1

NEVER USE TURBO TAX. They are incompetent, unprofessional and unreliable, and because of their mess up, I was charged of more than $1000 in penalties from the IRS.

Metuka... I would like to hear how our mess up cost you $1000 in penalties from the IRS. We do have an accuracy guarantee and if it is determined that it was our calculation error, we'll pay the penalty. Although I would be surprised to learn of a calculation error, I would like to hear your case. Send me details to turbotax_advocate@intuit.com.
