Tell me it is too soon to get a refill when I have only a two day supply left. Have a note on a refill that says "COUNSEL: New Drug/Strength." Unable to explain. Insist it is the same as previous refill.Have to take their word for it. Pharmacist not knowledgable.

blame your insurance for refills too soon, not the pharmacist or better yet YOU may not be taking the medication as prescribed (hydrocodone or xanax perhaps). Pharmacists go to school for 6-8 years. You are not anywhere near the level of knowledge you have "Pharmacist not knowledgeable " my ass... Learn to read what is on the RX lable and take your med as prescribed. Stop playing the victim and take responsibility for your own health. By the way, the label will always say counsel new drug/strength if it was a new or faxed RX. You did not get the refill from your previous RX, you requested an authorization from the doctor so that counts as a new script. Stop being a crybaby and if you have a question about the label JUST ASK.
