First of all the man that had to pay $120.00 for 15 miles, give me a break, he probaly never put gas in it all and expect Budget to pay for his gas. Budget does not guarantee the trucks because the customers control the inventory, they keep them for several days up to weeks pass the time they should of brought the truck in so therefore, they can not control the inventory, people want compensation for the most stupid things. I understand if the truck broke down and I admit maybe they could be a little more maintain but soon as the truck comes in they are rented out and who knows what the customer before you did. As far as the lady with the blankets, could not she have the common decency to fold the blankets, I would hate to see how she keeps her house. If walmart did not have what you want and you had to go to kmart would you ask for gas money because of the inconvenience of having to drive to a different location. Give me a break, next time go to a different company because I am sure customer service does not want to listen to most of the petty complaints.
