Here is an honest review from a real person (Me) who isn't trying to sell it. The shakes taste good, they fill you up and give you energy. The cleanse day (atleast with me) didn't bother me at all. I drank the cleansing juice, drank water and only ate 2 of the 6 recommended snacks because I wasn't hungry. The bottom line for me is that I am completely satisfied and I don't look for other food besides the shakes and one meal a day because I just don't want it. I have dieted all my life and have never found any program that satisfies my hunger like this one.The difference with this program is that it is a cleanse and not a diet. I also have energy to burn.
