Being that postage has gone up again it would really cut into Netflix profits. I'm not a paying customer but wanted to read about customer ratings first to see if it is worth it. The ratings are all over the board and the average rating is straight down the middle; not leaving me with much to go on. There are way too many 1-star ratings for me to feel comfortable.

If I knew now that I could cancel my account at any time w/o hassles then I'd go for it for sure, but several have indicated that they even had trouble getting a response back. Pentalizing long-term customers is the biggest turnoff.

Think I'm going to continue to rent locally for now just because I don't like online transactions if they may not be reliable.
