You're being unfair and misleading by singling out Match regarding complaints. I checked out the consumer site you provided and found that all the dating services, online and personal, have lots of complaints. Since that site doesn't give the number of complaints per service, one can't tell whether larger dating services have the same ratio of complaints to subscribers as the smaller services have. I would advise you and others to investigate whether you're reporting on problems with industry-wide dating services or whether you're reporting problems that are unique and specific to Match or whatever the service is.
