THEY ARE GARBAGE WITHOUT THE TRASH BAG!!!!! Cox Blows! Hardcore!! Prices go up every couple of months. TV tiles all the time to the point you can't watch anything. I pay $140 a month for just TV and internet. Internet is only 29.99 so $110 for TV. Way over priced! Every month my bill is a different price. It always says total other charges like $8. What the hell is the other charge? they can never tell me and usually take it off if I call in after waiting on hold for like 30 minutes. This happens every month. Say they had 1 million customers and rob them all 8 bucks a month thats 8 mil a month for them. I know they have more than 30 million customers so you do the math. Also after waiting on hold for a long time 30-50% of the time you get disconnected or get transfered to someone in the phillipenes. The time I have spent with these idiots trying to get my bill right is not even worth it. I'm switching to DirectTV. Oh yeah they outsource all tech work. It seems like one of the qualifications of being an outsourced tech is to be retarted. THEY ARE GARBAGE WITHOUT THE TRASH BAG!!!!

They dont outsource. In fact they are one in a few that actually keeps their jobs in the US unlike *cough* *cough* ATT. If you are getting the 29.95 internet, you are poor my friend. That is the slowest internet they offer. Do me a favor...check out the price for fiber, employees the maintain the fiber, the price for coax, install techs, technical reps in call center and field (you have to have someone show grandma how to load her email or fix normal weather damaged equipment or deliver dial tone during an electrical outage), people to run the headend where all the cable feeds come into and phone is delievered out from there, the cost for continued maintance for weather damage and retired equipment, and enough money to donate to USA charities and pay their employees decent American wages. If you are talking about trash, try ATT outsourcing. Repeating the word garbage doesnt make you sound any smarter btw. You didnt prove a point. $8 dollars is also the taxes you have to pay required by the FCC. It doesnt say other charges, it says with five letters, TAXES. And it breaks down the taxes by where every penny is going. Also the TV tiling issue. I didnt saw anywhere you gave Cox a chance to fix it. You may pay "a lot" of money but if you dont let the tech fix it, then you didnt achieve anything except a heart burn and a head ache. Good day!

What a LIAR. They do not have service peope in the Phillipines. What else do you want to make up to entertain everyone? Hey tell the rest of us something. How much has other products, and services gone up in your area? I rest my case.

why do you pay 110$ for TV? how many digital boxes do you have? you do understand that you pay about 15$ give or take dpending on if you have HD for EACH box and an extra 10$ for DVR service... most likely im guessing you also have either some international channels that can stack up your bill AND premium channels (ex. HBO, SHOWTIME, etc.) Even if you have a lot of boxes.. you can still get channels from direct-to-set WITHOUT even paying a penny and get basic cable. taxes are inevitable wherever you go. also if your having problems with TV quality.. either you have a really old TV or get an amplifier installed for free. If they charge you than you'll have to ask them why, if your not getting correct services.
