kidi, does the Congress share in any of the blame for the red ink or is it all Bush?

Its kid icarus, and the senate will nullify anything congress does, congress HAS put out plans but newsflash, the senate is still 50 seats republican. (And the congress has only been democratic for two years, Bush's tragic presidency has gone on 8 years). You can't ignore the tragedy of the last 8 years. Rumsfeld, Rove, Cheney, they all are linked to big business, big oil, Rove and Cheney STILL have Haliburton stock, give me a break! Get real dude....
