Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid)

About 8 months ago I began taking C daily. Not in vitamin form but these packets of 1,000 mg called Emergen-C. There are several flavors my favorite being Acai Berry. It's like drinking one of those fancy drinks in the store without the sugar. It can be hard on the stomach in high doses so Ridge got me onto this buffered C Complex powder, which I take a couple tablespoons of a day with peanut butter. Its awesome. I haven't been sick once and I don't drink caffeine anymore, and have more energy. You'll notice a quick burst, almost a high from taking a lot of C and it's not possible to overdose on it.
