This place has broken the bottom button on five of my dress shirts. The first couple of times, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Hey, maybe I broke it. By the third time it happened, I began to notice that the clamp imprint that gets pressed into a shirt near the bottom was always directly over the bottom button whenever one had been broken. Last time I went to the cleaners, I asked them to please make sure not to clamp over the bottom button because they were breaking them. Just yesterday, I put on my most expensive shirt (which had just been cleaned) and, sure enough, the button was cracked. When I inspected every other shirt in the bag, ALL of them had the clamp mark directly over the bottom button. I'm never taking my shirts to these people again.
