I was also told by TWO different representatives that I shouldn't go by what is on the online banking account because they are always wrong. Well, if you know this National City, CHANGE IT. There is a lot of shady mess going on and they can close my accounts they will not make any more money off of me. So far, in four months they have made about $800.
