I have had the dishwasher for 6 years and between my wife and I have run it once a week. We have had many problems with this dishwasher and the service company. We had to call Kithenaid several times to get them to give us the code to reset the machine. We finally had to call the service rep who was a real joke: $125 to walk in the door and he then tells us he has to replace the circuit board at $325. The warranty for the circit board was 90 days and it was broke again in 4 months. I called the Whirpool rep and told him that I was an architect and that our national firm is designing/constructing 60,000 new housing units thru out the US and that i would not recommend using the Kithenaid/ Whirpool brand of dishwasher. He had no response???
