Look, I for one am not spending my online time "bashing" radio shack or any other company, I just gave an honest description of our shopping experience that I believe would be valuable to someone else who wants to avoid problems with customer service or quality of products. I found the product that I got to be cheap and useless, and then it just quit working. And its not the first time. I DID some internet research and I got a superior product made by Sony at a reasonable price from Best Buy. I don't and never have worked for any of these company.
