My dermatolgist prescribed clindamycin compounded with Neutrogena moisture lotion. It seemed too heavy at the time because I still wore makeup then, but my skin did improve and while I was using it I didn't get a single cyst. When she added Retin-A to the mix it all started to go downhill.
