I'm only putting 1 star because I have to....

I had the worst experience at Kmart in Tallahassee,FL yesterday. I went to do a simple exchange and I could tell the lady was having a bad day, so I was sure to have lots of patience. She told me to go get the clothes that I wanted to exchange so I went to the girls' racks and those items were no longer there (I bought them 3 weeks prior). I asked if she could tell me the total and I would just get different items in that amount. She said I'll just give you your money back and you can pick what you want but it's going to be the lowest retail price. I didn't quite understand that until she started ringing them up. She scanned an outfir that costs $18.99 and she said $3.60, I said $3.60? and she looked at me and said 3-6-0. I was appalled that I had spent $163.00 on school clothes and she was going to give me 20-30 dollars back! I asked for the clothes back as my middle child will fit into them next year, but OMG this was rediculious and I will never ever spend a cent of my hard earned money at the store again.
