Way too early to tell how this will play out, and as I've said elsewhere, I think this is a high risk, potential high reward selection for the GOP.

Speaking of potential... Given the fact that both presidential candidates may very well not survive a first term, shouldn't we be very seriously looking at which VP candidate is most qualified to take over?
