CVS/Pharmacy

reviewed by annonymouspharm

CVS number one goal is to provide outstanding service and value to their customers — while meeting their healthcare needs and making their overall shopping experience as easy as possible.

CVS/Pharmacy 1

I'm pretty sure that the one liner comments on how great CVS is is coming from the corporate office. They keep tabs on all of the websites that talk about CVS. They are trying to keep an upbeat and positive outlook on the store but it seems very transparent. After all, if someone truly liked what happened in CVS they would use an example, like: I love CVS, I have cancer and they have made every difficult trip to the pharmacy a little ray of sunshine." But they don't they just make some blanket statement like: "CVS stores are bright and friendly and have great sales. Love those extra bucks!" It is all bullshit. I work at a CVS/pharmacy, in the pharmacy. They underpay and understaff. So the poor suckers that stay at the pharmacy get screamed at by the public for long wait times, and have no time what so ever to actually counsel a patient, or even look up to get to know any of our customers. CVS is just setting themselves up for a LAWSUIT!!!!

I work at CVS as well and I agree what you said. I used to buy ALL of our cleaning, beauty aso needs at CVS. Became a part time Tech and ever since then I get NO more coupons and all of a sudden I am the enemy. I just get my paycheck and every Friday evening I go to WALGREENS and get our weekly stuff there. I am having fun now coming to work with Walgreens snacks and drinks. I am just waiting for D.M. to come in so I can take it out of my locker. At least I don't have to be "AFRAID" for Keith the Lost Prevention man to question my purchase.
