Progressive will pull your MVR, and if they see a ticket on there they will add it and is kept on their for three years or if you state to them that you received a ticket they will add it based on what you told them...that is their policy...and you ever stop to think that maybe your rates are going up because of state mandated rate revisions....and if you provide proof that you took these defensive driving courses they automatically remove it, but it is not reported in your MVR that you took these courses. They only can see violations....you have to fax over proof of courses that you take...
