Arbonne International 2

Arbonne is a multilevel marketing company that sells many products (remember Amway)..

The products are terribly overpriced, as all the levels need to make a profit.  My friend got into the "business", and let me sample the skin care line.  Seven different items that supposedly all work together (who has the time?) for hundreds of dollars! I use Regenerist products from Olay, recommended by my dermatologist, for hundreds less!

To be fair to my friend, I tried the products for a week, and didn't see any difference or improvement over my Regenerist by Olay products.

Dear Feggie: I find it interesting that you find the ARBONNE products so expensive. If one takes advantage, at minimum of the 35% discount that one recieves if one signs up for Arbonne, the products fall within the moderately priced range. And there are a number of additonal discounts that one can take advantage of to save money. I can't imagine that your consultant didn't inform you of the 45 day empty bottle return. I can't say with certainty, not having attempted this, but I don't imagine you could return an empty bottle of any cosmetic product and recieve you a 100% refund at a drugstore. Admittedly, I am a new Independent Consultant with Arbonne Internaltional LLC. I never expected to find myself attempting any M.L.M. business. And I was so impressed with the products (no I can't use all of them I have extremely sensitive skin.) Perhaps, despite the quality of Arbonne products they aren't for you. However, given if you purchased products you found unsatisfatory you should have recieved a complete refund of your investment. In addition, Arbonne International LLC is cosidered a green company, doesn't do research on lab animals and does extensive testing (voluntarily) on each of it's products. Is that true of Olay? I agree 8% S.P.F. is no where near what one should use partiularly on your face. Arbonne carries higher S.P.F. sun protection for both face and body. Personally, despite my happiness with my new facial routine. I still use the 45 SPF sunscreen I get from my dermatologist. If you purchased items from a legitimate Independent Arbonne Consultant and they didn't inform you about the 45 day empty bottle return policy. Please contact Arbonne directly at 1-800-ARBONNE. You should not have had to pay for faulty products of any kind. Please consider not throwing the baby out with the bath water. And as a legimate member of the Arbonne team, I'm sorry that you had a negative experience. And I hope you are able to take the steps needed to get a refund for money you spent for products that didn't work for you. Sincerely, Diane C. Arbonne is NOT a multilevel marketing company! They are a Network Marketing company...do your research.
