He was a good guitarist , but a great musician. He was kind of a jerk, humorous, and very creative. His work was unique, silly and intelligent. The guitar work was a lesser part of the entire result.

I think Frank deserves at least a *4*. Perhaps the peepee/caca jokes got in the way of a better score?
