Born in 1951, Phil Collins released his first solo CD, "Face Value," in 1981. His most popular songs include "You Can't Hurry Love," "Against All Odds" and "In the Air Tonight." Collins balanced his solo career and his participation as lead singer in the band Genesis until 1995.
